Our Story

Holistic Care Home Health Agency, Inc., was founded in December 24, 2007. We obtained our State contract in April 2009 and received our first patient in May 2009. Our first 10 employees have been with us ever since. They believed in our mission and have been an essential part for the success of our company. We are eternally grateful to their loyalty and commitment.

Holistic Care Home Health Agency, Inc., exists to support people in our community who are enduring health problems and functional limitation with need of assistance to carry out activities of daily living and personal care in a human dignifying, and holistic approach.
